By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. You should check this page regularly for changes. Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. Warranty Info Our warranty covers any defects in workmanship in the services provided by Unique Pool Management for a period of 1 year from the date of completion of the work. Our warranty does not cover damage or defects caused by events beyond our control, including acts of God, weather-related events, and malicious damage. If a defect in workmanship is discovered within the warranty period, Unique Pool Management will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the faulty work at no additional cost to the customer. To make a claim, the customer must provide written notice within 30 days of discovering the defect and allow us the opportunity to inspect the work. This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original customer on the original project. We are not a warranty station for parts or equipment manufacturers. If an installed part fails through no fault of the installation, that warranty must be completed by the manufacturer; we can assist, but it is ultimately the customer's responsibility to work with the manufacturer. If a warranty part is provided by a manufacturer or supplier, labor to install it is not covered by Unique Pool Management unless it is determined by the manufacturer that it was installed incorrectly.
